Crossfit Woodbridge Paleo Challenge Goals

For the next 45 days (started on January 23), my diet goal will be: (thanks Elton)

Only eat food on the Paleo food list from Loren Cordain’s the Paleo Diet and 1 protein shake a day.

100 oz water per day

7-9 fish oil caps per day

1 medium black coffee in the morning (if needed), tea the rest of the day.

7 hours of sleep minimum

1 cheat meal on Saturday
