55 minute run. Tried intervals half way through, but knee started hurting… A LOT? WTF? I never have knee issues. That night, hurt even more. Might have had something to do with asking the massuse(sp?) to take extra care of it during our day at the spa
35 min legs and abs – two rounds of step ups w/ 20 lb weights (20 reps), push presses, abducter/adducter and hamstrings. For time – sit ups.
Unexpectedly out of town this weekend so didn’t quite measure all foods out according to paleo/zone, but I was in the ballpark, I think…
